Improved Performance!
The newest build of the Hamsteria playtest is out! This includes many fixes that have come up from players:
* Fixed poor performance on lower end machines. (Mostly shadow and particle changes). We will be targeting 60 FPS on a steamdeck as our performance floor.
* Decreased VRAM usage by ~20%
* Added options menu to the start menu
* Made switching between single player / host / join more stable
* Lobby IDs are now 6 characters long instead of 16, making it easier to type in manually.
Thanks to everyone who is play testing! Feel free to reach out to me either at @2WheelerDev on reddit or on discord. https://discord.gg/TKjyRcDP
Feel free to share the game password with your friends too! We'll be making an "official" release once all play test issues are addressed. Two main things still left on the road map is 1) Save games and 2) Control remapping.
